We are reaching out to let you know that out of an abundance of caution due to the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, and to best protect our Residents and the team that serves our properties, we have decided to close the office to tenants guests or outside visitors.
We ask that you use the Tenant Portal to pay your rent, submit maintenance requests or use the drop box located outside the office doors (NO CASH) Please mail your rent payments to our office and we will be able to process them.
While our maintenance team is still currently fulfilling requests, we urge you to only submit critical maintenance requests until the COVID-19 situation subsides. Non-critical maintenance requests will be delayed, and we will contact you to reschedule those services. For critical maintenance requests, we will send you a very brief questionnaire within one business day to determine the importance submitting your work order. We will not be able to dispatch a technician to complete your work order until the questionnaire is completed. Please refrain from utilizing the office phones so we may keep the phone lines open for emergency maintenance requests. we appreciate your patience. Instead, we ask that you use the Tenant Portal for communication — we will be answering these inquiries as quickly as possible.
We ask our Residents to continue abiding by the CDC-recommended prevention practices.
