About Ardith

Ardith is the person working behind the scenes at Chippewa Valley Real Estate! As our Office Administrator, she keeps the whole team connected and the office running smoothly, with a can-do attitude, determination to get it done, and keeping the office up to date with the changing of times.

With 25 years of administrative and operations experience, two degrees in business administration, and a third in graphic design, Ardith brings a great wealth of experiences to the team. From assisting with each real estate transaction from contract to closing, maintaining compliance, overseeing transaction coordinator and marketing staff to making sure the day-to-day business functions are addressed. At the heart of it all is teamwork. Ardith works side by side with our brokers, agents, marketing assistant, and transaction coordinator, and together we’re building up an office that’s fun, supportive, and professional. Our goal is simple: take the stress out of the process so our agents can focus on what they love most, helping buyers and sellers in their next chapter.

Ardith enjoys traveling and has visited 43 states in the US and Canada. Outside of work she’s usually found completing remodeling projects on houses with the hubby, gardening, landscaping, making her own spices, and baking.
