Chippewa Valley Property Management was started in November of 2011 by both Todd Schwartz and Patrick Rebman. The idea to start CVPM was born when they realized their many years of experience managing their own investment properties could lend guidance and understanding to others. By utilizing word of mouth, the business grew a lot quicker than had been expected. The success and growth of the company compelled them to employ additional staff and find a bigger office. In January of 2015, Chippewa Valley Property Management found its new home at 1827 Brackett Ave. About a year later, the business continued to persevere creating Chippewa Valley Real Estate in the process. Fortunately, both companies continue to grow in team members and have become prosperous with real estate sellers, buyers, and investors.
