About Geneva

Geneva Capetillo was born and raised in Owen-Withee, Wisconsin, where she developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for small-town values. After graduating high school, she began pursuing her degree in Business Management—starting at Chippewa Valley Technical College with plans to continue on to UW–Eau Claire. Along the way, she discovered a passion for marketing and earned a technical diploma in Social Media Marketing, gaining hands-on experience that fuels her creativity and ambition.

In June of 2025, Geneva joined the Chippewa Valley Real Estate and Property Management team as an intern. With a strong drive to learn and grow in the industry, she’s currently working toward her real estate license and is excited to build a career helping people through one of life’s biggest decisions. She brings energy, determination, and a fresh perspective to the team, along with a desire to connect with others and grow her professional network.

Outside of work, Geneva enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places,  trying out new restaurants, and being with friends. She’s passionate about what she does, eager to grow, and proud to be part of a team that values community and connection.
