Geneva Capetillo was born and raised in Owen-Withee, Wisconsin, where she developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for small-town values. After graduating high school, she earned a marketing technical diploma as well as her real estate license at just 19 years old, quickly setting her sights on building a career in the industry.

Currently, Geneva is pursuing her bachelor's degree in Business Management at Chippewa Valley Technical College while living on the Eau Claire campus. Her background in social media marketing, paired with her education, fuels her creativity and gives her an edge in connecting with clients in today’s market.

Though she may be young, Geneva is backed by a team of seasoned professionals at Chippewa Valley Real Estate and Property Management who provide mentorship and support whenever needed. This balance of fresh perspective and trusted guidance allows her to deliver the best experience possible to those she works with.

Outside of real estate, Geneva enjoys exploring new places, trying out restaurants, spending time outdoors, and being with friends. She’s passionate about helping others, eager to grow, and proud to serve her community while building meaningful connections along the way.
