About Jason
Jason Vance, a real estate specialist at Chippewa Valley Real Estate, has deep roots in Eau Claire, where he grew up and raised his three children—Kayla, Aidan, and Dylan. After earning a Business Administration degree from Northwood University in 1996, Jason spent several years in Spokane, WA, working in the automotive industry. In 1997, he returned to Eau Claire to join his father, Ken, in the family business, eventually becoming a partner at Ken Vance Automotive in 2010. Following three decades of success in the car business, Jason made an exciting shift to real estate in 2022.
An avid golfer, downhill skier, and guitar player, Jason brings the same passion and dedication to his personal pursuits as he does to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
