Judi Malone has called the Chippewa Valley home for most of her life and has built her career around entrepreneurship, real estate, and serving her community. Alongside her husband of 28 years, Dan, she has raised a blended family of five children while building businesses, investing in real estate, and creating lasting relationships throughout the region.

A licensed real estate broker since 2003, Judi brings more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, business ownership, development, and investment properties. Her professional journey includes owning and operating Happy Hollow Tavern in Altoona since 2005, developing and managing income-producing properties, overseeing construction projects, and helping clients navigate complex real estate and business transactions.

Today, Judi is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with The Raven Team, assisting buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and business owners throughout Wisconsin. Her diverse background gives her a unique understanding of both the real estate and business aspects of a transaction, allowing her to provide practical guidance and real-world insight every step of the way.

When she's not working with clients, Judi enjoys traveling with Dan, whether it's relaxing on the beaches of Cabo San Lucas, exploring the mountains of Colorado, or discovering unique boutique destinations. She also remains active in her community and has proudly served the Eau Claire Tavern League for many years, supporting initiatives that promote responsible hospitality and safer roadways throughout Wisconsin.
