About Kylee

Kylee Nelson grew up in Altoona, Wisconsin, and earned her real estate license in October 2024. She has since begun building her career in real estate and is focused on providing reliable, well-communicated service to every client she works with. Kylee graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College in May 2025 with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, giving her a strong foundation in both customer service and business operations.

Kylee began her real estate career at Chippewa Valley Real Estate as an intern, gaining hands-on experience working with buyers and sellers, learning the transaction process, and understanding the importance of clear communication and organization in real estate. That experience helped shape her professional approach and prepared her to confidently assist clients through each step of buying or selling a home.

Although still in the early stages of her real estate career, Kylee is committed to continuing to grow her knowledge and skills while providing reliable, attentive service to her clients. She is known for being dependable, responsive, and focused on making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Kylee enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and traveling. She loves lake days in the summer and spending quality time with friends. At home, she has a cat named Aspen who keeps things lively. Kylee looks forward to continuing both her personal and professional growth while serving clients throughout the Chippewa Valley area.
