Madisen Johnson is a REALTOR® with Chippewa Valley Real Estate, bringing over eight years of customer service experience and a strong background in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Her dedication to excellence was recognized in 2022 when she received a CART Award from Woodman’s for outstanding service. In 2023, she took on a leadership role as a shift manager at Festival Foods, contributing to the successful launch of their new Chippewa Falls store location.

Madisen earned her degree in Business Management from Chippewa Valley Technical College in December 2023. During her academic journey, she completed an internship with Chippewa Valley Real Estate, which ignited her passion for the real estate industry. She later joined the team as an office administrator, further developing her skills and knowledge before obtaining her real estate license.

Rooted in the Chippewa Valley, Madisen grew up in Fall Creek, WI, with her parents and two sisters. She now resides in Eau Claire with her longtime partner, Nolan, and their two beloved cats, Koda and Kenai - reference Brother Bear. Outside of work, she enjoys riverside walks, volleyball, reading, traveling, downhill skiing, and spending time with friends and family. A dedicated volleyball player since sixth grade, you can find her every Wednesday night at Loopy’s in Chippewa Falls.
