About Max
Max Perrenoud, a proud native of Chippewa Falls, WI, grew up alongside his older sister, Molly. He earned his degree in Communications and History from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, but his strong family legacy in real estate quickly drew him into the industry. After spending four years in a sales office in Minneapolis, Max returned to his beloved hometown, ready to fulfill his dream of becoming a real estate agent. With a natural knack for navigating the ever-changing local market, he has developed a deep passion for helping clients find their perfect homes.
Max's wife, Rayna, is his biggest supporter and inspiration. Together, they love traveling across the country to visit their expanding network of friends and family, as well as making trips to the United Kingdom to see Max’s sister and her family. When he's not working, you can find Max at home with their two playful cats, Spoons and Guinness. He also enjoys unwinding at a local microbrewery or attending a yoga class in the Chippewa Valley.
At the heart of Max's work is the joy of helping people discover homes they truly love. He prides himself on being responsive and dedicated, ensuring that he’s always available for his clients, no matter the time of day.
