About Patrick

Patrick Rebman is a dynamic broker and co-owner of Chippewa Valley Real Estate and Chippewa Valley Property Management. Originally hailing from Oregon, WI, he moved to Eau Claire in 1990 to pursue his studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. After graduating, Patrick embarked on an adventure with the Peace Corps, serving in Nepal for over two years before returning to his beloved Eau Claire.

Upon his return, Patrick founded the Children's Museum of Eau Claire, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. He initially delved into real estate by purchasing and managing his own residential rentals, all while honing his fundraising skills for Mayo Health Systems. During this time, he also opened the Pourhouse, a cozy restaurant and tavern in Elk Mound, WI, further diversifying his experience.

Patrick became a licensed real estate agent in 2006, and in 2010, he partnered with his friend Todd Schwartz to launch Chippewa Valley Property Management. Their shared vision led to the establishment of Chippewa Valley Real Estate in 2016, solidifying their commitment to the community.

Deeply passionate about the Chippewa Valley, Patrick feels fortunate to live and work in such a vibrant area. He finds immense joy in helping clients discover their dream homes, secure investment properties, or achieve top dollar for their sales. As he puts it, “Helping people find their home or an investment property is incredibly rewarding. It never gets old, and there isn’t a day I’m not excited to get to work.” Patrick is happily married to his wonderful wife, Lheng, and together they have three amazing children.
